Security Deposit - 3 Bed Connected Loft - $1,500.00
Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary for the Tenant to cancel their reservation, a written notice (via email, mail or fax) is required. In the event that the Landlord finds a subsequent tenant who wishes to rent the Premises for the same term, at the same or higher rate, the balance will be refunded to the Tenant with the exception of twenty-percent (20%) of the total rent payable for handling fees (and any additional commission owed to the Broker.) In all other instances, if the Tenant should cancel this Agreement, the Tenant shall be responsible for payment of the full amount of the total rent payable and there shall be no refund.

Deposit Policy
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord rent in the amount specified on the rental agreement payable in advance as follows:
a. A non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of the total rental amount, including security deposit and any other applicable fees, shall be paid to reserve Tenant’s reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total rental payment.
b. The rent is due and must be paid to Landlord at time of booking.
c. All payments hereunder shall be paid to Landlord by check at the address of Landlord, Upland Property Management LLC, 745 Boylston Street, Suite 601, Boston, MA, 02116.
